Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they form the basis of using Our Service.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Threeway Services.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred as "T's & C’s") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- You or customer means the individual using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is using the Service, as applicable.
- Service means any and all activities carried out by Threeway Services at the request of the customer
Minimum hire charge
- This is payable up front for all jobs except contract work. This shall constitute a deposit or payment in full depending on the overall cost of the work.
- If it is not possible to undertake the work, for example, collection not ready, item no longer for sale, customer not in, business closed etc. The minimum charge is non-refundable. If the work needs to be rescheduled, please contact us in the first instance as the minimum hire charge may not apply at second attempt.
- If for any reason We are unable to attempt the job the minimum charge will be refunded in full.
Terms of work
- All work is Man and Van type hire.
- We will not undertake any work should the collection address be deemed to be a hazardous or unsafe area.
- The driver will be responsible arranging the loading/unloading of the van.
- The driver will assist with carrying, loading/unloading of any item that is hand carriable.
- The customer will assist the driver, or arrange carrying of any outsized/heavy items such as furniture, white goods etc. The customer does this at their own risk.
- The customer must be the owner or have the permission of the owner to move any of the items collected.
Cancellation
- Should the customer need to cancel the work please let us know ASAP otherwise we may not be able to refund the minimum hire charge.
Exceptions
- We do not carry any hazardous items or dangerous goods.
- We do not carry an illegal substances.
- We do not transport animals or uncaged pets.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please do not use our service.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing our Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the guidelines regarding to our Service.
